3. Other Information

A. Guests Seating Arrangement

  • Guests without tickets will not be allowed to enter the AC Hall. Also, children under six will not be admitted.
  • Each guest is assigned a seat and the seat number is printed on the admission ticket. All guests should sit in their assigned seats throughout the ceremony.

B. Guests who Require Assistance on the Event Day

  • If special arrangements due to physical difficulties are required, please inform the SCE Registry on or before 31 May 2024.
 
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Extreme Conditions or “Black” Rainstorm Warning is still in force or hoisted Arrangement
Commencement in progress Ceremony will continue until the end of the session
At or after 8:15 a.m. Session 1 will be cancelled
At or after 11:30 a.m. Session 2 will be cancelled

Make-up ceremonies
Make-up ceremonies will be held at the same start time on 17/18 June 2024 in case of cancellation of the original session due to bad weather. Details will be announced in due course.
