Part-Time Lecturers For Full-Time Associate Degree Programme
Established in 2000, the College of International Education (CIE) is a self-funded unit of the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), offering full-time Sub-degree and Undergraduate (UG) Honours Degree Programmes at the HKBU Shatin Shek Mun campuses. It is a major education providing unit of the School of Continuing Education (SCE), one of the Faculties/Schools of HKBU. CIE currently enrolls about 3,500 students and is committed to sustaining the University’s mission of providing quality whole-person higher education with a Christian heritage. English is used as the medium of instruction at the College. Applications are now invited for the part-time lecturer position for the following course areas /subjects for the 2024-2025 academic year.
DIVISION OF SOCIAL SCIENCES
Sport and Recreation Studies (Ref. No.: PRSCEP0005/24-25)
- Instructional Practices in Team Sports – Volleyball
- Instructional Practices in Team Sports – Outdoor Pursuits
The appointees are expected to teach the skill-based sport and recreation studies course(s) of the Associate Degree Programme. Applicants should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Sport Sciences and Physical Education or related disciplines with coaching certificates in sports, fitness, volleyball or hiking. Competence in using English as the medium of instruction is required.
