Some people confuse patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Although there may be some similarities among these kinds of intellectual property protection, they are different and serve different purposes. This course aims to provide students with a practical understanding of the Intellectual Property (IP) on the branding world.

Topics include:

  1. General concepts of Intellectual Property (IP);
  2. The importance of Intellectual Property (IP);
  3. The structure of Intellectual Property (IP); and
  4. Case analysis of Intellectual Property (IP).
