Assistant Programme Administrator (Ref. No.: 23241011)

 

The appointee will be responsible for academic programme administration for Continuing and Professional Education Division. Major duties include: a) planning and coordinating administrative support to daily operation of programmes; b) managing data collection and updating central files and records to support statistical analysis and report generation; c) assisting in the enhancement of work effectiveness of the team through IT skills application and refining work processes; and d) assisting in other event co-ordination and ad hoc projects for the School.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year of related work experience;
  • Good proficiency in computer applications and IT skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills; and
  • Good team spirit, self-motivated and positive attitude.

 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.

 

The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
