The School of Continuing Education (SCE), Hong Kong Baptist University strives to provide quality whole-person education to our future leaders to equip them to meet the changing needs of the workforce. The SCE Careers and Employability Centre (CEC) aims to further enhance SCE students’ employability skills and career readiness to meet industry needs.
Objectives of the Scheme
- To build up long term relationships with industry partners
- To provide an opportunity to the industry to train, recruit and evaluate potential future employees
- To solicit work-integrated learning opportunities and hands-on experience to students for facilitating their career exploration
- To sharpen students’ workplace transferrable skills through work-integrated learning experience
- To provide job opportunities to students after graduation
